KINGRATE UV LAMP TECH SUPPORT AND AFTER-SALE SERVICE REGULATIONS
 
 
一、KINGRATE UV LAMP AFTER-SALE SERVICE PROMISES THAT:
 
Kingrate standard UV lamp life time is 8000hours. Kingrate is responsible for the maintenance as long as the products are within the time of warranty.
 
(1)Telephone hot line support is provided. If you have any questions about maintenance or operation, you could call us and question to our engineer. Hot line time: 8hours per day (9:00am-5:30pm), 6days per week (Monday-Saturday). Company after-sale: 020-85289391
 
(2)In any cases especially urgent matter, Clients can contact us by Email: king-rate@hotmail.com. We will give you technology support and response at the first time once we got your mail.
 
二、TECHNICAL SUPPORT
 
1.1The compulsory reply is provided when you consult to us during before-sale and after-sale.  
 
    Before-sale:We will introduce our newest UV products and technologies to you during before-sale. And we provides application plan with you meantime answer your questions. Finally we propose an advanced, long-term stable and competitive product plan for your reference.      
 
    After-sale:We will answer all of your questions you met in application and will give you solutions. This is according to our experienced engineers with their professional skills. Afterwards, we will introduce new products and new tech to you for bringing economic and social benefits.
 
三、Maintenance:
 
(1)After warranty time, we will see if possible, our company will provide the replaced lamp to customers and just receive the prime cost for you
 
(2)In warranty time or after, if any fault happened, you can direct send the products to us. Our engineers will fix the products and return them back to you; If the situation is “CAN NOT BE FIXED”, we will provide the same level of accessories to you and just receive the prime cost from you.
 
四、OTHER TERMS
 
(1)Free guarantee services do not involve the following situation, such as fault or destroy due to carelessness or not follow instructions, transform the products, lose the spare parts.
 
(2)Any transforming, maintenance, or changing the accessories of these situation are not in our guarantee services terms.
